WRITING PROJECT SPECIFICS - ALL COPY DETAILS
Whereas YOU identify the specific products and/or issues to be featured, addressed, emphasized, reported, summarized, advertised, etc., and all other details related to your project/assignment.
SUBJECT MATTER INFORMATION
What’s YOUR main subject, area of interest, industry, product or issue? Provide subject matter background, if applicable.
DESIRED COPY LENGTH and/or WORD COUNT
Examples: 2 Pages, 1000 Words, 2-Sided Tri-Fold Brochure, 100 x 50 Words a Month, One 300 Word Post Per Day, One-Page Sales Letter, etc.
COPY DUE DATE
Example: 3 Weeks from assignment date, 00/00/00, 3:00p.m. Eastern Time.
TARGET MARKET or AUDIENCE BACKGROUND
Examples: All Consumers, Company Employees, Females between 20-50, Senior Citizens, Potential Voters, Professional Chefs, Other Businesses, etc.
COPY PURPOSE
Examples: To Sell, Inform, Educate, Describe, Encourage, Enlighten, Excite, Persuade, Rally, Generate Traffic, Entertain, etc.
GOALS/HOPES FOR COPY
Examples: To Increase Sales or Donations, Enhance Productivity, Promote Business, Be Compliant, Sell Products, Obtain Customers or Guests, Inform Public, etc.

DELIVERY METHOD
Examples: Word Document, PDF, JPEG, Excel Spreadsheet, etc. -- Attached to an E-Mail, Via US or Overnight Mail, Uploaded into a Website or Blog, CD, or Other. If Overnight Mail is required, a minimum additional cost of $25 will be assessed.
PAYMENT TYPE
PayPal, Company Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders are accepted. Credit Cards are not currently accepted. Personal Checks must clear prior to commencement of project.

Your project information will be assessed and you’ll generally receive a QUOTE within a couple hours - (3) days. Final Fee Quotes (FFQ’s) are priced within the current market for quality copywriting services.
